Academics is looking for a Psychology graduate to join a specialist school in East Grinstead as an SEN Teaching Assistant. • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.

• Assist with learning activities, behaviour management, and emotional regulation.

• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver personalised support.

• Psychology degree (or related field).

• Interest in child development, SEN, or mental health support.

• Full UK driving licence (school is not easily accessible by public transport).
