Protocol Education are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as SEND Teaching Assistants in Gateshead.

You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, gaining practical experience that could be invaluable for your future career.

Your Day Could Include

Supporting pupils with SEND
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting Autism and ADHD
Helping pupils regulate their emotions
Encouraging communication and social interaction
Supporting learning and classroom activities
Helping pupils develop independence
Using positive behaviour strategies
Building trusting relationships
Recording and communicating observations
