Your Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs
Assist students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, anxiety and learning difficulties
Support classroom engagement and participation
Deliver targeted interventions and small-group learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Build strong relationships with students, teachers and families
Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
Help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs and safeguarding teams
Encourage independence, resilience and confidence in young people
