The Role

You’ll support learners across Psychology programmes, helping them develop subject knowledge, critical thinking, and exam confidence.

Deliver engaging lessons across A Level / Access to HE Psychology

Support learners with essays, coursework, and exam preparation

Teach key psychological theories, research methods, and topics

Monitor learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds:

Essential:

Experience teaching Psychology

Strong subject knowledge

Ability to support academic learners

Strong communication and organisational skills

A flexible and reliable approach

Desirable:

Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET)

Experience within Further Education or Sixth Form

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

From schools or HE?
