Supply Star Recruitment is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Evesham, teaching students at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher with a strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in inspiring students to develop their understanding of human behaviour, cognitive processes and psychological theories.

The Role

Teaching Psychology to students across KS4 and KS5.

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.

*

Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.

*

Developing students' understanding of key psychological concepts, research methods and theoretical approaches.

*

Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback.

*

Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages independent thinking and discussion.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

*

Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.

*

Strong subject knowledge, particularly at A-Level.

*

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

*

Ability to engage, motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.

*

A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
