About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.


• Develop and implement lesson plans covering psychological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations.


• Facilitate student-led discussions and research projects.


• Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and examinations.


• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field.


• Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level, preferably in a faith school setting.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.


• A passion for fostering psychological understanding and critical thinking.
