We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our school community in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 and a commitment to inspiring students to explore the fascinating world of human behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students, fostering critical thinking and understanding of psychological theories.


• Develop and implement a curriculum that is both rigorous and engaging for students.


• Assess and evaluate student progress through a range of methods, offering feedback to guide improvement.


• Create a classroom environment where students are encouraged to engage in discussions and apply psychological concepts to real-world scenarios.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.


• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).


• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 level.


• Strong knowledge of the A-Level Psychology curriculum.
