Role Overview
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
- Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students, covering topics like research methods, biological psychology, and mental health
- Inspire students to develop a critical understanding of human behaviour
- Foster independent thinking through engaging lessons and practical applications
- Guide students through exam preparation and ensure they achieve excellent results
- Take on the opportunity to lead the Psychology Department or take on additional responsibilities, with potential for TLR

What We’re Looking For
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Psychology, particularly in areas like research methods and cognitive psychology
- Enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students to engage with the subject
- Interested in taking on additional responsibilities or a TLR opportunity
