Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5


• Motivate and inspire students to develop analytical, evaluative, and research skills


• Track and assess student progress, providing clear feedback and targeted support


• Contribute to the development of an innovative and challenging Psychology curriculum


• Support enrichment activities, including Psychology clubs, university links, and study visits


• Maintain high expectations of student achievement and behaviour

About You

• A degree in Psychology or a related subject


• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4–KS5


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology


• Commitment to high-quality teaching and student achievement
