The Role You’ll Play

As a Psychology Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students at KS4 and KS5. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead engaging lessons on topics such as mental health, cognition, and behavioural psychology.


• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages independent thinking.


• Take on a TLR with responsibilities for contributing to the leadership and development of the Psychology department.


• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to drive improvement.


• Collaborate with other teachers to continuously improve teaching methods and resources.

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Degree in Psychology or a related subject


• 
  PGCE/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification


• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5
  


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students


• Leadership experience or potential for TLR responsibilities

Salary

The salary for this position will be in line with MPS/UPS with an additional TLR depending on experience and qualifications.
