We’re seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Leader – Office Assistant to support front-end operations and help deliver great customer service. This role assists store leadership, ensures smooth checkout operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized front end.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service


• Operate registers and handle cash, refunds, and transactions


• Support front-end standards and assist the Customer Service Manager


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


• Assist customers with questions and carry-outs when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment


• Willingness to learn and support multiple front-end duties


• Dependable and team-oriented

Schedule Requirement:

• Must be available to work at least two weekends per month
