A Customer Service Lead's purpose is to provide fast, easy and flexible service to our customers through the acheivemet of Food Lion customer service standards; to be friendly, courteous and cooperative with other store associates. They are responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards and  maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
