We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced pub environment and wants to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a successful venue.

Whether you're an experienced working in hospitality or an established Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including:

* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the pub

* Leading shifts and ensuring excellent customer service

* Preparing staff rotas

* Stock control, stock takes and ordering supplies

* Assisting with purchasing and supplier relationships

* Helping organise and deliver events and functions

* Working behind the bar and on the floor when required

* Opening and closing the premises

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work under pressure and lead by example

* Organised with good attention to detail
