Key Responsibilities

As a Pub Supervisor, you will:

Lead and support the bar team during busy shifts
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
Manage stock, orders and minimise wastage
Train and motivate team members
Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety and hygiene standards
Carry out cashing up, opening and closing procedures, and oversee daily bar operations
Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar environment

What we're looking for

To succeed as a Pub Supervisor, you'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a Pub Supervisor, Senior Bartender or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
Experience with stock control, cash handling and bar operations
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
A Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
