As a Master of your Craft you will
Ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings.
Focus on checking public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the public area staff.
Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.

As our Public Area Supervisor, you will receive:
