Public Law Solicitor

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Law Solicitor to join their team based in their Bolton offices

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
• Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
• Support the supervision and development of the public law team.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues where required.
• Maintain high standards of client care and legal practice.

About You

• Experience in public law, particularly care proceedings.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
