Public Relations Account Executive

Are you a PR Executive looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham? I am working with a well-known B2B agency that is looking for PR and content talent to join their team. You will be working on both digital content and PR for the agency themselves, and for a range of their B2B clients. This means that you will be a fantastic writer and be able to adapt your tone of voice to suit different clients. You will be creating a range of content across press releases, articles, blogs, thought leadership, social media, and features. You will also bring great experience in media relations.

This role is a full-time permanent role with a salary of up to £25,000 (DOE) and commutable across all areas of Birmingham and parts of Warwickshire.

The Role
As PR and Content Executive, you will be supporting all PR activity and producing engaging and unique content for a variety of campaigns and projects. You will be working on the agency's own PR and content, along with a portfolio of different clients within the B2B space. You will be creating content, working with the media to gain coverage and then reporting on campaign performance. If you LOVE to write and enjoy working in a successful team full of talented individuals, then this could be the role for you.

About You
You will have experience working in a similar PR and content role and must have agency experience
You will have experience in creating content for different channels including; press releases, articles, blogs, thought leadership, newsletters, website, features and social media
You will be analytical and enjoy measuring the success of your campaigns and analysing content performance. You will have experience in reporting back on your findings and enjoy making recommendations to clients to ensure future success
You will have some experience in media relations, developing strong relationships with the media and selling in press releases to gain maximum coverage for your clients
You will be comfortable assisting with content strategies and developing content plans

This role is a mix of home-working and office-based, so flexibility is required to be in the office a few days a week
