I am searching for an account manager to work on a variety of fascinating accounts in the consumer and corporate sectors. You will be a proactive, capable team player who can oversee daily operations and who has a track record of executing integrated client strategies through a variety of channels.

You'll play the following roles:

Supporting the creation of content for client PR, influencer, and social media campaigns
Quarterly narrative planning for digital PR
Marketing to both B2B and consumer media
Regulating the channels and content on social media
Management and involvement of influencers
Keeping track of clients and reporting
Balancing other projects and client requirements
Junior mentoring to improve the team's collective competencies

A keen sense of a news hook, familiarity with the media ecosystem, and a voracious desire for stories are qualities that define the perfect applicant. Inquisitive and curious, with a keen interest in the news agenda and trends impacting the communications sector. possess excellent writing skills across a variety of platforms, including social media, and have experience in media relations.
It helps to have a rudimentary understanding of digital platforms like Ahrefs, social ad networks, and Google Analytics—as well as a desire to learn more.

About you:

Possess agency experience managing social media and PR campaigns for large names OR digital PR (PR for SEO) campaign management experience even better if you are passionate about brand communications in earned media and are both creative and intellectually interested.
Be a critical thinker; be able to break down a brief, establish a strategy, analyze results, and offer recommendations for optimization; consistently produce excellent results for clients; and have the foresight to adjust the plan of action when necessary.
Thrive on team leadership and understand that if your team is producing excellent outcomes (and enjoying themselves while doing so), that can only speak good of you.
You will also be able to influence clients by providing thoughtful advice that inspires confidence in you.

Salary - Up to £40k
Location - Oxford (hybrid)

Standard hybrid work schedule: three days at the Oxford office, two days working from home (WFA), plus flexibility with regard to start and end times, extra days for WFA, including early Fridays in August
five weeks of holiday (including a birthday off and "three for two" during Christmas)
