Public Relations Officer (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate airport transfers and ensure timely vehicle allocations for both private and commercial arrivals and departures.
• Meet and greet clients at airports, including on aircrafts, as required.
• Implement directives from the Head of Logistics and maintain departmental welfare and discipline.
• Report any misuse of fleet vehicles promptly to the Head of Logistics.
• Address and escalate significant issues to the Head of Logistics.
• Ensure staff training is sufficient for their duties
• Compile end-of-season assessments for staff.
• Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

• General knowledge of logistics systems.
• Certification of Professional Competence or working towards it.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety issues.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-motivator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential)
