Location: Preston based
Salary: £40,000 basic salary + uncapped earning potential

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, commercially driven recruitment professionals looking to develop their careers within the public sector recruitment market.

As a Public Sector Consultant, you will play a key role in developing relationships with public sector organisations, identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop your own desk, build long-term client partnerships and significantly increase your earnings through our uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and organisations

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the public sector

* Source, attract and qualify high-quality candidates

* Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to successful placement

* Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients

* Proactively develop your desk through business development and account management

* Meet and exceed individual and team targets

* Provide an excellent level of service to both clients and candidates

* Understand client requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions

* Stay informed on the public sector recruitment market and identify emerging opportunities

Previous recruitment experience is essential for these roles, ideally within the public sector or a related recruitment market. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of working in a target-driven recruitment environment, developing client relationships and generating new business.

You will have the ambition, commercial awareness and work ethic to build and grow a successful recruitment desk while contributing to the continued growth of the wider business.
