The Role

• Manage day-to-day press office


• Proactively secure media coverage, across print, broadcast and online outlets


• Write and distribute all relevant press materials


• Co-ordinate the press showroom and manage sample movement


• Work closely with the Director of Brand & Communications on external / third-party events & launch moments, alongside the VIP & Events Manager


• Support the Director of Brand & Communications to manage any external agencies & freelancers  


• Support the VIP & Events Manager with any VIP appointments and amplification of all VIP-related activity

Key attributes

• Exceptional written and verbal skills


• Good understanding of fashion trends and designers, with a leaning towards the luxury and/or lingerie market


• Good contacts and a desire to network / create new relationships with the fashion media


• Strong multitasking skills and an ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines


• Minimum 3 years experience
