About the role

We are looking for a driven, creative, talented and passionate Publicity Manager (FTC) to be working across the UK region. You will report directly into our Senior Publicity Manager, and will be involved in all aspects of the UK press office, publicity & communications. You will drive the UK publicity strategy and help lead the UK ‘always on’ support agency. You will be part of a newly formed in-house Publicity team, and work very closely with the UK Publicity Coordinator, Global Communications team, and wider UK Marketing & Brand teams. You will thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment, with exciting launches and stories to tell. You will be able to use all previous experience of writing, communicating and key industry relationships to great effect.

As a Publicity Manager you will,

• Focus on driving the brand in the UK across traditional media, broadcast, eventing and purposeful moments.
• Develop strategic publicity plans that will propel Charlotte Tilbury Beauty to number 1 in earned media across all categories.
• Develop and manage end-to-end publicity campaigns including all budgets, briefs and reporting all results.
• Build & manage 360 UK Publicity campaigns working closely with marketing, brand, sales & retail teams as well as Global Communications.
• Have a strong awareness of current trends as well as current affairs and how to interact with them as a brand.
• Oversee PR mailers and always on seeding, supporting the PR Coordinator.
• Provide organised reporting and impactful recaps and presentations to the business, reflecting the KPIs of each campaign and always on, including brand status and learnings. 
• Utilise PR tool Cision to form all reporting. 
• Be an expert in the UK PR landscape, sharing key news with UK & Global teams. 
• Assist Senior Publicity Manager to manage and motivate UK always on agency to deliver against KPI’s.

Who you will work with

Reporting into the UK Senior Publicist

• UK experience ideal with strong UK media contacts in the beauty & lifestyle sectors
• A proven background with successful PR campaigns is essential, with both an agency or in-house background as desirable(if coming from an agency, we would be looking at an Account Director or above)
• Experience in driving brand awareness & ROI through PR, tracking results through different measurements (google analytics, PR listening tools)
• Good analytical skills when processing data and PR results
• Experienced in devising and implementing strategic PR plans with creative flair
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Have a flexible and professional attitude
• Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
