About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and thoughtful team member to join us in a dynamic, growth-focused role. This isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad into the world of publishing and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Generation & Research: You’ll be trained to identify great potential authors—people with influence, stories, and strong messages. You’ll learn how to spot who’s a fit for us and why.
• List Building & Outreach: Using your research, you’ll build targeted outreach lists and run outbound email campaigns to start conversations with future authors.

• Author Consultations: You’ll conduct discovery calls with potential authors—walking them through our process, listening to their goals, and seeing if their project is a good match.
• Internal Support & Innovation: Help refine internal content and processes that drive efficiency and clarity.
• Royalty Reporting: You’ll help prepare and format quarterly royalty reports using Excel, ensuring the figures are accurate, clearly presented, and ready to send to authors. You’ll also handle some of the client correspondence around these reports.
