Pupil Data Systems Liaison Officer

Signet resources are partnering with a forward thinking Education institution to support the hiring of a Data focussed Administrator into their team, based at one of their Berkshire locations. This person will support the successful integration and support of pupils in the senior school from offer acceptance, throughout their school life.

The successful applicant will have strong organisational and data management skills, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills including the ability to liaise sensitively and professionally with staff, pupils and families.

Responsibilities in this role, include:

• Managing the Admissions Register
• Updating / managing timetable data
• Overseeing school platforms (iSAMS, Evolve, SchoolCloud, eDofE, UpLearn)
• Parent communication (safeguarding administration, department support, minute taking and reception cover)
