What we're looking for:

? Previous experience in Alternative Provisions, PRU, SEN, or behaviour support

? Strong classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach

? Ability to build strong relationships and act as a positive role model

? Resilience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive

What you'll do:

?? Support students 1:1 and in small groups to overcome barriers to learning

?? Assist teachers in delivering engaging, personalised lessons

?? Encourage emotional, social, and academic development

?? Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
