Job Description - Purchase Ledger

Manage purchase ledger, process invoices, reconcile supplier
Monday-Friday, supportive team environment
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role required.

We’re excited to be working with a fantastic client in Poole who is looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work for a business that genuinely values its people and creates a brilliant working environment!

Your key responsibilities:

Maintaining the purchase ledger with precision and attention to detail.
Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements efficiently.
Ensuring timely payments and supporting the finance team with day-to-day tasks.
Looking for ways to streamline processes and contribute to the business’s success.

What we’re looking for:

Someone organised, with great attention to detail and a head for numbers.
A team player who can work collaboratively but also thrives when working independently.
Previous experience in a finance role is desirable, but strong data and numerical skills are the top priority.
