They are now seeking to appoint a Purchase Ledger to join a well estbalished finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing supplier accounts and invoice processing

Your new role
* Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
* Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
* Ensure timely approval and payment of invoices in line with company policies and payment terms.
* Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate records.
* Manage petty cash across sites in both Sterling and Euros.
* Support team members during busy periods and assist with departmental reporting.
* Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects to meet business and reporting deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and willingness to assist across functions when needed.
