The Role:
You’ll take ownership of the purchase ledger and subcontractor payment process, becoming a key part of the finance team. This includes managing payments, resolving queries, and helping improve the way things are done — with full support from experienced colleagues.

You’ll have the space to learn, ask questions, and grow in confidence, while also being trusted to take initiative and shape your own way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments
• Reconcile statements and keep financial records accurate and up to date
• Handle invoice queries and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal controls and finance procedures
• Work closely with colleagues across finance and operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous finance experience is helpful but not essential
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Comfortable in a friendly, informal team environment
