Job Description - Purchase Ledger Administrator

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an AccountsPayable Administrator to work from their head office based in Totton, Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Maintain purchase records
  • Handle all supplier payments
  • Making BACS payments
  • Bank reconciliation and accruals

Personal Requirements:

  • Great team player, flexible to work extra hours at the end of the month if needs be to assist the accounts team.
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Good IT proficiency

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 (can be negotiable)
