Purchase Ledger Administrator

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator with excellent attention to detail and who thrives in a busy office environment. You must enjoy problem solving and be comfortable working to deadlines with the ability to prioritize your own workload. You will be able to effectively communicate with work colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally

Duties
- Check Supplier Invoice Accuracy
- Pass Invoices for Payment in a timely manner for Accounts
- Check Credit notes Accurately
- Pass credit notes for Accounts
- Maintain electronic and physical records of transactions

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in office procedures and computerized systems including excel and inhouse systems
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent data entry and clerical skills
