• Full time Permanent Position

Our client is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time permanent basis team.

Duties:

• Accurately match, verify, and code purchase invoices.
• Handle job invoices from subcontractors, including the collection of required documentation.
• Prepare payments for suppliers and manage expense processing.
• Oversee credit card expenditures and maintain supplier account details.
• Perform reconciliations of supplier statements and oversee petty cash transactions.
• Act as the primary contact for all supplier-related inquiries.
• Process payments via credit card for customers and foster strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Regularly communicate with the Line Manager to provide updates on workload and discuss any pertinent issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient outcomes.
