The Company

Seymour John are supporting a well-established business in the Stourbridge area, who are looking to strengthen their finance team, with the appointment of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The Opportunity

Duties will include:

• Process supplier invoices for payment using Sage 50
• Reconcile supplier accounts and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain VAT invoices and account statements
• Support weekly supplier payment runs and identify priority payments
• Update and maintain supplier data within the company cashflow system
• Monitor and manage cashflow in line with upcoming projects and business needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to review and confirm Purchase Orders in Sage
• Ensure all relevant Purchase Orders are accurately reflected in the cashflow
• Coordinate and process urgent ad hoc bank payments as required
