?? The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in finance who’s ready to take on a varied and hands-on role. You’ll be supporting the accounts function with key responsibilities across purchase ledger, supplier liaison, and internal financial processes.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and validating purchase ledger invoices
• Coding transactions and ensuring accurate financial records
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
• Supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions
• Importing transactions into internal systems
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues
• Upholding internal standards and contributing to a positive team culture

?? What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance environment
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively
• Familiarity with accounting systems (desirable)
• AAT or similar qualifications (desirable)
