Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client, an established service provider has an exciting opportunity for a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance department.

Reporting to the financial director, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining records related to purchases and payments
• Processing invoices
• Managing payments
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Handling related queries
• Invoice processing Payment management
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Query resolution
• Record keeping
• Reporting
• Compliance

Requirements:

• Computer literate with good working knowledge of finance system
• Reliable, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
