Job Description - Purchase Ledger Clerk

RG Consultancy are currently working with a company, who are looking to recruit an experienced purchase ledger clerk, to assist with the efficient functioning of the finance team.

The role is important in ensuring all of the following duties are completed:

  • Inputting invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Payment runs
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Authorising payments
  • Any other purchase ledger duties as require by the finance manager
