I am seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well-established and very successful business in Croydon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle large volumes of work efficiently.

• Processing and verifying invoices and payment transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
• Ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure accounts are up-to-date.
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve payment processes.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of financial data.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
