Accounts Assistant/ Corby/ 6-8 weeks - Urgently Needed
Up to £14.50ph

looking to add an experienced

Purchase Ledger Assistant

to join their team to support with a backlog of invoices
This is a

6-8 week temporary role to support with a backlog of invoices, ensuring that the purchase ledger runs smoothly during a transition period.
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.
The role offers hybrid working, and flexible working hours equating to roughly 25 to 30 hours a week.
For the right person they can be very flexible with the working hours and can even offer part time flexibility.
The salary for this role is up to £14.50ph dependent on experience.
This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process all Purchase ledger invoices and credit notes, matching them to GRNI, and follow up on missing invoices.
Ensure accurate invoice coding.
Create, maintain, and review Vendor card information for accuracy.
Verify and update the latest bank details for Vendors.
Handle Vendor communications, address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage disputes professionally and in a timely manner.
Monitor invoice aging and due dates.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Proven experience of a Purchase Ledger Assistant role
Experience with Sage systems is beneficial but not essential
