Phase 1 - First 12 Months
You'll take full ownership of the Purchase Ledger; not just processing but running the show. Building supplier relationships, leading payment runs, driving accuracy and control. It's a key role, not a box-ticking exercise - and it sets you up for what comes next.

Phase 2 - After 12 Months
With a solid base behind you and study support already in motion, you'll step into an Assistant Accountant position. You'll start owning parts of the month-end process, contributing to management accounts, and expanding your technical skillset. This is the point where the role shifts - and your progression kicks in.
