Purchasing Administrator required for North Dublin Permanent (on site) position. Salary DOE. Our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation within the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous purchasing, procurement, or construction administration experience to join a successful business offering long-term career opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Plant function. * Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. * Obtain supplier quotations and pricing information. * Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on deliveries. * Maintain purchasing, supplier, and subcontractor records. * Prepare reports and update procurement databases. * Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments. * Assist with invoice queries and purchasing-related administration. * Support the procurement of materials, plant, equipment, and services across multiple projects. * Ensure purchasing activities are carried out in line with company procedures. Requirements * Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administration role in the construction industry. * Strong Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills. * Excellent organisational and administrative abilities. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong communication and relationship management skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
