Joining an established team, you'll play a key role in keeping orders moving, resolving supplier queries and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This could be a great opportunity if you're currently working in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or Purchasing Administration and want to use your skills in a varied role with potential to develop further within Purchasing.

What will you be doing?

Investigating invoice discrepancies and resolving supplier queries.
Challenging incorrect charges and chasing outstanding credits.
Checking purchase orders and supplier acknowledgements for accuracy.
Chasing outstanding orders and resolving delivery issues.
Working closely with Purchasing, Accounts Payable and internal teams.What are we looking for?

You'll have at least 12 months' experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable or a similar administrative role, with a good understanding of purchase orders, invoices or supplier queries.

More importantly, you'll be confident picking up the phone, persistent when resolving problems and conscientious about getting the details right.

Salary of £28,000 - £30,000.
