Are you a Purchasing / Import Coordinator or similar, with strong Excel skills, looking for a unique role which you can make your own, as you dive head first into the data and optimise import and purchasing processes for a thriving retailer?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company with over 40 years of experience in supplying a variety of boundary-pushing gifts and products, leading the market with their new ideas. This company supplies globally to loyal clients in a climate that prioritises innovation.

Each day in this role will be varied, with plenty of variation throughout the on and off peak seasons of the year. Day to day, you will analyse product specifications and supply chain processes, monitor stock levels, place and arrange orders, and communicate requirements to clients.

This role would suit an Purchasing / Import Coordinator or similar with strong Excel skills, looking to join a unique product design company in a unique, varied role which you can make your own.

The Role:

• Ongoing management of product specifications, sales reporting and forecasting
• Monitoring stock levels and managing transfers
• Placing orders in the UK and globally
• Arranging incoming shipments

The Person:

• Purchasing / Import Coordinator or similar
• Strong Excel skills
