Brighton | £28,000 – £30,000 | Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Early Friday Finish

A proactive and organised Purchasing and Production Control Coordinator to join Hunters’ client, a dynamic medium-sized IT and electronics business. This varied and hands-on role is critical to ensuring smooth production scheduling, efficient material purchasing, and first-class supplier management.

Purchasing and Production Control Coordinator The Role:
  • Source and procure materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage stock levels.
  • Create and manage production schedules aligned to customer orders and forecasts.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support stock audits.
  • Use ERP/MRP systems to plan and track purchasing and production activities.

Purchasing and Production Control Coordinator About You:
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or production planning. Familiarity with IT electronic components would be useful.
  • Confident using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
