£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Package

We are recruiting on behalf of London’s top high end residential and hotel consultancies to find them a detail-oriented FF&E Procurement Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work on prestigious 5-star hotel and ultra-high-end residential projects across London. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and supporting a team to deliver exceptional quality and service.

Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, meeting coordination, and maintaining comprehensive logs of all procurement activities.
Focus on driving cost and time savings while improving quality.
Tender and Purchase Orders: Assist in the preparation of tender documents and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Supplier Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, company-specific approved supplier/vendor database, ensuring it is always current and reliable.
Collaboration with Interior Designers: Work closely with interior designers to ensure FF&E selections meet project requirements and adhere to commercial standards.
Logistics Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for FF&E deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at project sites.
Compliance Research: Conduct research on project regulations to ensure all activities comply with industry standards and local building codes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
