This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to managing purchasing operations, improving processes, and supporting the wider business with strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand.
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for procurement improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement management role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
