Pwer Platform / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role is client-facing and delivery-focused, providing the opportunity to lead technical design, oversee implementations, and inspire organisations with the art of the possible across the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Lead the design of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.

• Shape solution architecture with focus on scalability, security, performance, and accessibility.

• Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.

• Define and implement integration architecture using the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).

• Drive Agile delivery, including backlog creation (Epics, Features, User Stories) and sprint planning.

• Provide technical leadership, estimations, and delivery oversight.

• Build trusted client relationships and demonstrate innovative capabilities of Power Platform.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and limitations.

• Broader understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint).

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server.

• Full implementation lifecycle experience on Power Platform projects.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

• Strong background in Agile methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (residency in UK for 5+ years).
