Job Description - Python Developer

Senior Python – Go Developer - (Russian Speaking) - Trading – Tbilisi, Georgia - €80,000 – €90,000 + Bonus with Hybrid Working

Overview:
We're working with a global trading platform on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Backend Developer skilled in Go and Python. This is a chance to join a growing team working on high-traffic, scalable systems used by millions daily. You'll play a key role in backend development, performance optimisation, and architecture using a modern cloud-native tech stack. Russian language skills are required.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Go and Python
Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews
Optimise performance and troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with other technical teams

Tech Stack:

Languages: Go, Python
Other Tech: Docker, AWS, Linux, GitLab, Jenkins
Monitoring: Zabbix

Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
Solid experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP)
Proficient with REST APIs, Git, and Linux
3+ years of commercial development experience
2+ years of hands-on Go and/or Python
Experience in finance or trading environments (desirable)

Package:

€80,000 – €90,000 + Bonus
This is a hybrid role, 3X per week in the office based in Tbilisi, Georgia
