Our client, a major player in the gambling industry, is seeking a QA Analyst to join their expanding team. This role is based in central Manchester, with a hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse requirements documents to ensure clear understanding of business and technical specifications.
• Develop test plans and test scripts to agreed standards.
• Perform functional and regression testing on software projects.
• Accurately report and manage defects using Jira.
• Create and maintain product knowledge documentation.
• Provide support for functional queries following software releases.
• Contribute to the testing strategy and planning for Sportsbook projects, working with senior testers.
  
  

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial software testing, including API, Database, and web testing.
• Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test scripts, defect reports).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience working on frequent software releases.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to professional development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills.
