Customer Experience - QA Associates

Our client is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints. The Quality Assurance team plays a critical role in maintaining their high standards, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Experience QA Associate to join their team and help them continually raise the bar.

Role:

The Customer Experience QA Associate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, identifying performance gaps, and providing feedback to improve customer experience and service quality. You will be instrumental in ensuring that agents adhere to the company’s quality standards and deliver exceptional service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular evaluations of customer interactions
  • Provide detailed feedback on customer interactions, focusing on quality, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Identify training and coaching opportunities based on evaluation results.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and agents to address quality issues and enhance performance.
  • Support the QA team in identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing customer interactions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and quality metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in using quality monitoring systems and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
