Join the European technology division of a global financial services leader, delivering high-quality manual and automated testing for critical Capital Markets and Corporate Banking platforms. The team safeguards complex production environments, ensuring stability, compliance, and performance across the full trade lifecycle.

We're looking for a technically strong QA Automation Engineer with solid coding skills in C# or Java, plus experience in UiPath or similar automation frameworks. You'll test and validate changes to high-volume, mission-critical trading, risk, and operations systems, combining manual QA expertise with automation to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.

• Plan, execute, and document functional, regression, and data validation testing.

• Design, build, and maintain automated regression packs using UiPath, Playwright, Selenium, Python, C#, and Java.

• Test APIs, middleware integrations, batch processes, and regulatory reporting systems.

• Use XRAY/JIRA for test case management, traceability, and progress reporting.

• Conduct defect triage, root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and release teams.

• Ensure testing artefacts are audit-ready for regulated environments.

Essential:

• 2-5 years of QA experience across Front-to-Back trading, data, and risk platforms.

• Strong coding skills in C# or Java.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath (or equivalent RPA/automation tool).

• Manual and automation testing expertise across UI, API, and data layers.

• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/data warehouse testing, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab).

• Knowledge of securities products (fixed income, equities, derivatives) and regulatory testing (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR).

Desirable:

• Experience with IntelliJ, Rest Assured, Postman.

• ISTQB certification.
