QA Coordinator / Supervisor

Job Title: QA Coordinator / Supervisor (Fixed Term Maternity Cover)

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a QA Coordinator / Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover basis.

As the QA Coordinator / Supervisor your duties will include:

* Supervising the OQC team and allocating duties as required.

* Planning and organising resources to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

* Monitoring and reporting output levels.

* Reviewing product inventory and work-in-progress status daily.

* Reviewing non-conforming products and liaising with Engineering teams accordingly.

* Supporting OQC and IQC activities where appropriate.

* Performing product line audits and documentation verification activities.

* Printing work orders and quality documentation.

* Managing calibration and maintenance administration activities.

* Assisting with validation and verification of RMA investigations and materials.

* Providing training and support to team members.

An ideal candidate for the QA Coordinator / Supervisor will have:

* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.

* Experience within Quality Assurance or Quality Control environments.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

* Experience working to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively whilst working under pressure.

* The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a wider team.
